Unopened returns must be returned to Flipmeister Specialty Products LLC within 10 days of receipt for a refund. 15% restocking fee applies. Freight charges on returned items are the sole responsibility of the end user and not Flipmeister Specialty Products LLC.
Flipmeister Specialty Products LLC will not accept returned COD or freight charge due shipments unless prior arrangements are made between Flipmeister Specialty Products LLC and the end user. Open item sales are final.
Flipmeisters Specialty Products, LLC reserves the right at all times to determine the most cost effective method of shipment of ordered items and pending orders and apply those shipping costs at their sole discretion.
