Terms
All orders are shipped after receipt of full payment by PayPal, cash, certified check, money order or credit card payment through Pay-Pal.  Items ordered and paid for by personal check will be held until said check clears (7-10 Business days).

EPA and DOT
Unless otherwise stated, no items sold by Flipmeister Specialty Products LLC meet current EPA or DOT requirements and are intended for off road use only. Any other use is at the purchaser’s own risk and holds Flipmeister Specialty Products harmless of any legal actions taken by such use.

Freight
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Insured Mail at the discretion of Flipmeister Specialty Products LLC. Shipments (larger or multiple items) will have a tracking number available within 3-5 business days.

Freight Claims
All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. Damage occurring in transit must be reported to the carrier. All responsibility for damage or shortages after leaving our warehouse lies with the carrier and NOT with Flipmeister Specialty Products LLC.  We will provide assistance when necessary.

Returned Shipments
Returns must be sent back to Flipmeister Specialty Products LLC within 10 days of receipt for a refund. 15% restocking fee applies. Open item sales are final.

Availability
Flipmeister Specialty Products LLC makes every effort to stock all items listed on this website.  If, for any reason, any item is out of stock, Flipmeister Specialty Products LLC will promptly notify (via-e-mail or in the product description) that unavailability and when the product will again be available.  Flipmeister Specialty Products LLC will make every effort to promptly ship any and all orders received in a timely manner.

None of the parts and accessories are D.O.T. approved. All of our parts are for custom application. While we have total confidence in our product, we strongly suggest test fitting all parts prior to any modifications or painting. Flipmeister Specialty Products LLC will not be held responsible for any paint or labor cost under any circumstances and will not accept for return any part that has been modified or damaged due to improper installation.
